Nine Best Ways to Have Negative Calorie Foods


Negative calorie foods are those foods that use up more calories in the process of digestion and assimilation into the body than they supply for its use. @Seema: Definately. You can have white meat- chiken or fish and make sure you have a generous helping of vegetables in the form of veg soups, salads or cooked vegetables.
