Bread Paneer chaat

White/Brown bread loaf , Paneer ,
Green Chilli , Coriander ,
Fresh coconut , Raisins , Salt
Chaat masala , Curd , Tamarind paste


Take 2 pieces of white/brown bread and remove its corners. Then grate paneer, add fine cut green chilli, coriander, fresh coconut, few raisins, salt and chaat masala. Mix and keep the mixture ready.

Keep the mixture between two pieces of bread and pour beaten curd over it and imli chutney. Garnish it with little sev and serve.
